PLEASE SEE OUR NOTICE BOARD FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAY SERVICE UPDATES AS YOUR DATES MAY CHANGE OVER CHRISTMAS 2025 AND NEW YEAR 2026.
If you have a GREENWASTE wheeliebin service, your service does not alter on the week beginning Monday December 22nd and Monday December 29th - if you are going away and will not require a service, let us know so that our team can swiftly move through the doubled up runs.
Most general waste domestic wheeliebin users will remain on your normal collection day of Tuesday and Wednesday in both Christmas 2025 and New Year week of 2026.
If your normal day is THURSDAY however, please have your bin out on TUESDAY instead, two days earlier - as no wheeliebin trucks will be running on Thursday and Friday of Christmas and New Year weeks.
If you are a PAPER/CARDBOARD/TYPE 1 & 2 PLASTICS/TIN/GLASS only 240L wheeliebin/660L user at your home or business - you must prebook that service with us, as many of you close down over the holiday period - this is a booked option only for the two weeks.
NO COMMERCIAL FRONT LOAD SERVICES ARE OPERATING CHRISTMAS DAY OR NEW YEAR'S DAY and the observed holidays - full runs will take place on the Saturdays of each of those weeks pending notification that the landfill is open. If you are concerned please contact us to go over your needs and closure days.
Our award winning Greenwaste only services, recycled right here in the Bay, operate on Mondays, unless that happens to be a public holiday, then it defers to Friday of the same week.
Our mixed waste services operate on Tuesday through Friday - with alterations for public holidays. See our notice board and above for updates.

Please contact us if you require a casual skip or hook bin through this holiday period as they often book up quickly.

If you are not on a regular roster please call us by 9.00am for empty requests to be actioned promptly. Every endeavour is made to provide same day service.
Our paper and cardboard services, recycled right here in the Bay, operate on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Our 1&2 Plastics services, operate on multiple days.
Our award winning woodwaste only, waste to energy or landfill diversion services, operate on Thursdays, unless impacted by public holidays when they are generally actioned one day earlier. Please check our notice board.
