Hi there all - SPARK are working on the problem apparently - we've been told contractors have cut through the copper line and that 'someone has stolen the copper line' that was last MONDAY, but also last WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY - as they kept promising a technician would come, but then didn't send one - MONDAY 20th of April was when they were supposed to fix it... but still did not - SO SPARK THANKS FOR NOTHING YOU TRULY ARE USELESS and clearly have no care for the impact upon our business and our customers - please do leave a message on the answerphone as we can clear your messages, take care of your services and/or call you back on another line - we trust SPARK will have this remedied soon. You may also email us on info@cleanearth.co.nz we are so sorry if this has impacted you, it is truly frustrating as there's nothing we can actually do about it. It is solely in SPARK'S clearly incapable hands.
